Sometimes I pick up a book without reading the blurb and this was one of the cases: The title and cover pulled me to it so I got it and prayed for this one to be good.⁣⁣ Sadly, most times I'm not that lucky.

All I can say is: It was a fabulous read. I should pull a Sawyer (protagonist) and thank the gods of books. 

⁣This book left me obsessed. Sawyer is an amazing protagonist, she's a mess in her head but she's also so strong and funny. She's extremely relatable, in my opinion. Enzo is grumpy and cold but the way he falls for her is beautiful. Under his skin, he's a caring character and devoted man to his woman.

The survival aspect along with the suspense and mystery had my heart skip a few beats. It was so well delivered. While I guessed right the plot
, I still was blown away by it and I didn't en joy it less despite being predictable.⁣⁣ 

The author was able to piece some amazing scenes on  this one. From romantic to suspense, I often had my heart swooning and speeding up. While there were things I was left wondering because we got no answer to them, I believe the plot was well delivered despite the loose points.

⁣This book is a gem for those who like spicy books and want to try thrillers. Often thrillers don't have romance or focus much on that aspect but this one is a deliver of both along with smut. People who love romance won't regret giving this one a chance.

Pick this one up. Especially if you want to try thrillers but with steam on it. This book is worth your time.⁣⁣
